IPS Packaging York - Refurbishment
Refurbishment of corridors, canteen, toilets and offices. This project involved working closely with the client in a live factory setting ensuring continuity of production process for along with the safety of their employees during the work process. Full refurbishment of canteen including hygenic white wall, new kitchen, plastering and decorations, suspended ceilings and flooring. New air conditioning units. Toilets replaced with new cubicles, WC's and knee push sinks, hygenic white wall. Offices plastered and decorated including new skirting boards, doors and suspended ceilings. New access door with access controls. New stainless steel handrails provided to stairwell.

The Boat Inn, Sprotborough - Roof repairs
As part of a full refurbishment of the pub and restaurant roof repairs were a vital element of the project. The building is Grade II listed dating back to 1652 and steeped in history. Following flooding a full refurbishment was carried out. Lead Valleys restored and pointed, tiles replaced and underfelt repaired to various roof areas. The old storage barn was a full strip and restore. Our works included restoring ridges, stone slates, slates and old english pan tiles. In addition scaffolding was provided and managed as part of our contract package. Due to the size of the building track and trace of leaks to provide isolated repairs to keep within the clients budget were required where ever possible.

Bargain Booze, Athersley - Ram raided shop secure and repair
Following an attempted robbery by ram raiding the shop front we secured the premises out of hours. A full security hoarding and fencing was erected to secure the premises and also enclose the work area from the busy public car park. Structural propping was carried out to ensure the building and demolition area was safe to work. The brick and block perimeter wall was toothed out and matching bricks sourced. The steel support column was manufactured and reinstalled and then the brick and block work completed to restore the shop facade. The shop did not loose a day of trading.
